Inverse funds are important to me. They help me seek enhanced returns and protect my portfolio. Moreover, I am capable of understanding inverse fund mechanics and would not like a third party telling me I cannot. Furthermore, eliminating our ability to freely take an alternative path to investing is absolutely un-American.
