With all due respect this proposal is ill-advised, ill-informed, freedom destroying, and idiotic.
It is clearly wrong to take away our individual freedom to invest as we perceive to be best. We are, after all, "free" citizens of the United States. And now, "for our protection" you seek to take away our freedom to invest as we choose?
NO
I strongly oppose your proposal to intrusively insert yourself into my personal finances upon the threat of taking away my rights to invest as I choose. And, further, if you don't like my personal financial situation, you can take away my rights without reason.
