I am retired but still use QID EFT purchases to offset risk in my portfolio. Part of my portfolio includes growth stocks including tech companies. When the market becomes risky I buy enough QID to offset the risk from these more volatile stocks, I want to hold them for the long term. I am not an active radical trader who only trades these ETF types. I would like the current regulations to stand.
