I would like to state my disagreement with this proposal. I am a n individual investor trying to manage my own IRA. Investments. While the majority of my IRA is in mutual funds, these funds have given me a way to try to beat the market and take advantage of the ups and downs. The risk was explained going in and it has been my choice. I dont think it's fair or the governments place to decide who can and cant invest in these type of funds. It is my money and my risk/reward.
