I use and support the use of leveraged and inverse funds.
I am quite capable of understanding how these funds work and object to any requirement that a third party evaluate my capability to use them.
The freedom to purchase public securities must never be restricted to select individuals or groups, thereby limiting the choices of other investors.
However well intended, the proposed regulations suggest only the financial elite should have the privilege of free choice, thereby facilitating the concept of "crony capitalism".
