I am grateful for the opportunity which leveraged funds have provided me as an independent investor/trader to increase wealth for the betterment of myself, those around me, and our nation. I have done so for more than 10 years.
Although I am not a financial professional by trade, I am very capable of understanding leveraged funds, and their performance characteristics. I want to preserve a public market system where an informed individual investor can make his own decisions and live with the consequences.
I oppose any regulation which will limit or increase the cost of my access to leveraged funds.
