Dear SEC,
I strongly oppose the enactment of the regulations proposed in S7-24-15.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, these type funds allow me to seek enhanced returns and help to protect my portfolio.
I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and dont want a third party evaluating my capability to do so or potentially preventing me from buying them.
I believe in and wish to preserve free public markets where investors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
Please do not enact the regulations proposed under S7-24-15. They are not necessary and will overcomplicate or eliminate my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds.
