Leveraged and inverse funds are important tools to me to enhance returns and protect my portfolio. I am fully capable to assess performance characteristics of these investment vehicles and I don't need some 3rd party to vet my ability to make my own decisions.
Government-imposed limitations are not welcomed by me and would like to retain free and direct access to leveraged investment vehicles for me and for the rest of the market.
