Greetings,

I am an experienced investor (more than 40 years investing in stocks, options, commodities, etc.). I would not want any outsider or 3rd party to interfere or limit my ability to invest in any of investment vehicles including leveraged or inverse funds or ETFs.

The current evaluation by the brokerage firms is strong enough to protect clients from potential excessive losses by limits on naked options, etc. Aside from the initial qualification of the investors, the brokerage firm should have a clear notification on the website when the investment has an unusual risk like being leveraged.

Please do not introduce any regulations which would interfere with experienced retail investors to use tools which are available to commercial investors.

Respectfully,
Iradj Mehrmanesh
