Hi.

I was disappointed to learn the SEC is considering limiting investments in leveraged and inverse funds.

These funds are an important tool in any investor's portfolio -- especially nowadays, when the federal government and the Fed have made it impossible to earn a steady income due to interest rates hovering near zero for more than a decade.

These types of funds provide an easy way to hedge portfolios against risks. They also offer profit opportunities.

Although the Fed seems to think otherwise, free markets should be free, rather than being manipulated by the government. I hope you will withdraw consideration of this ill-advised rule.
