Please do not enact #S7-24-15. Our nation was founded on freedom, personal rights, and self determination without government interference. Americans deserve to make investment decisions based upon their individual needs which may include leveraged and/or inverse ETF funds. Restricting access to these products infringes upon personal freedoms that have made this nation great.
