I feel that it would be a serious detriment to my investments and future investing if I were unable to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. These investment vehicles help offer safety to my other investments, as well as offer potentially larger gains than traditional funds. If this were to pass I feel that it would be a serious breach of our rights and making it even more difficult for individuals who manage their own assets.
