I compliment the SEC for the diligent efforts you exercise as a watchdog over the securities industry however, I think you may be stretching your enthusiasm by proposing unnecessary rules over the leveraged and inverse funds. I don't need the additional paperwork burden of providing information to my brokerage. I have handled my own accounts for years and hope to continue this practice in the future. I question whether there is a regulatory problem with the leveraged funds and if there is, buyer beware. Please continue your long standing practice of letting investors make their own decisions.
