Dont' take away our freedom to invest. Do not create a nanny state. We earn the money, pay tax on our earnings and don't need or want any interference in how we invest after that.
Allow people to make their own choices good, bad, or ugly without hand holding. Leveraged funds can be a very valauble tool and traded responsibly.
