Introducing regulatory constraint with regard to free market securities exchange IS NOT a practice I support.
I am nearing retirement, need leveraged returns and am a savvy investor. I resent the proposal for added oversight on my investing activity.
I am vigorously against formalizing the proposed Rule: S7-24-15.
