I do not concur with the proposed SEC Rule #S7-24-15 prohibiting investors from purchasing leveraged and inverse funds unless qualified. Leveraged and inverse funds not only provide a safety net to regular investment in stocks, bonds, and funds, it also provides the average individual an opportunity to make a significant amount of money if leveraged appropriately.
