Folks, I have been using leveraged Pro Share ETFs for several years, as means to enhance and mitigate risk in my portfolio. What is being proposed is only going to harm folks who know how to manage he use of head products..
Please reconsider your proposal, or at a minimum allow those currently using them to continue without any additional paperwork or burdens.
