Please do not make my ability to buy leveraged funds diminished or restricted by making me pass some third party "test." I have the ability to decide for myself what securities to buy, including those with leverage. I enjoy this privilege and do not want it changed in any way. I and I believe virtually all investors know, going in, the risks involved. This rule would set a very dangerous precedent.
