Dear SEC,
The proposed rule #S7-24-15: would be harmful and very inconvenient to my family and our investments. We use leveraged funds as a hedge against wild swings in the markets. And if we just look at the market now that is artificially inflated, we want downside protection. Please do not institute the proposed rule.
