I have been trading leveraged funds for years, some loser and some winners. This has been MY CHOICE. I do not need the government telling me whether I can invest in these or not. I understand the risk and I accept it. I would prefer to see the SEC concentrate on prosecuting more insider trading violations than trying to put a magnifying glass over us individual traders.
