I'm a long term investor in my 50's and find the SEC's proposed rules burdensome and expanding the already unfair advantage held by large Wall Street investment banks.
Making it more difficult to invest in leveraged funds removes an import tool for me to hedge and invest for retirement.
DO NOT IMPOSE new rules on holding and trading Leveraged ETFs.
