I am an educated investor who relies on my own research to manage my portfolio. Both leveraged and inverse ETF's have helped tremendously. They have not only enhanced my returns, but they have also protected my portfolio against increase in volatility.
I am capable of understanding risk and have read/signed all documents Fidelity sent me in order to get access to such instruments.
We operate in a long standing free public market, let's please not impose additional government rules to limit my investing choices. I am a US citizen who values freedom. Let me decide what is best for me and my family resources. Thank you,
