Please stop meddling in my investments. I purchased leveraged funds with full knowledge of their risk, and the financial ability to compensate for them if they go sour. Your proposed regulations are bad for investors, unnecessary, set a dangerous precedent, and insult our intelligence. Leveraged funds are important to me and to all who purchase them. I am capable of understanding them and their risk, and I wish to preserve the longstanding free markets in which these securities exist.
