Leveraged and Inverse funds are an important part of my investment portfolio, in that they allow me to seek enhanced returns.
Investors such as myself are capable of understanding leveraged funds and their performance characteristics. I do not need a third party evaluating my capabilities, or probing into my financial situation to determine if such investments are suitable for me.
The long-standing free market should remain intact, as-is, without unnecessary and burdensome government interference.
