Dear SEC,

As a private investor with 20+ years of experience investing, access to leveraged funds are critical to my portfolio and my investment/trading style. Investors are completely capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and I don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them.

Access to these funds is one way a private investor can be put on the same playing field as hedge funds who have all sorts of privileged access to investment opportunities.

I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors have to freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations.
