i have been investing in stocks, funds and options for decades and find your proposed rule against leveraged and inverse funds preposterous. i know the risks, and i dont think its fair that i would have to give you my personal infoprmation to continue investing. stay out of our investing. we pay our taxes on our gains, so just leave us alone and throw this rule change out.
