As a small, independent, individual investor someone who studies financial opportunities, I CAN NOT BELIEVE I AM HAVING TO FIGHT FOR A RIGHT TO DO WITH MY MONEY AS I PLEASE, WHILE KEEPING MY INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL.
Specifically,
Leveraged and inverse funds are my buffer vs. bonds more risk adverse plays like gold silver. Funds (like DIG), allow me to drive enhanced return (over above the market), while at the sametime balancing my risk.
I do not need someone protecting me, the same way I do not need a bureaucrat deciding whats best for my money, freedom, family. I know (as do 90%+ of investors) what they are doing with their money WHEN it is being invested outside of a traditional 401K account.
WE MUST PRESERVE A FREE, OPEN MARKET. Investors their advisors DO NOT need additional government imposed regulation of protectionist aim. People are smarter then the government gives them credit for...
