I have been an investor in TQQQ for several years, through periods of stability and volatility. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me as they allow me to seek enhanced returns and help protect my portfolio.
As an individual investor who invests real hard-earned money, I am more than capable of researching and understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics.
I do not want a third party intruding upon and making burdensome my ability to freely choose whether or not to invest these types of funds.
Please do not adopt new trading restrictions on these types of funds.
