Dear SEC,

I understand and respect your role to protect individual investors, but this rule does not do that. It takes away investor choice and freedom over our financial decisions. With all the disclosure required on these funds, I am perfectly capable to make my own decision without a third-party involved in my financial business. This proposed rule is an unnecessary intrusion and once again stacks the deck against the small investor vs the institutional investor. Products have come along way and many alternative products have opened up to small investors. Don't stop that progress now. Please do not impose limitations on investor choice -- that is a step backwards
