Dear SEC,
I am incensed at the idea that you would seek to curtail my ability to seek and use leveraged and inverse funds. To me, as an independent investor who is making the decisions for my retirement, I find leverage and inverse funds to be a valuable hedge in my overall portfolio.
Your attempt at curtailing, limiting, or prohibiting my ability to trade these funds is tantamount to pushing out retail investors so as to create an egalitarian cabal of sophisticated hedge fund traders.
I implore you not to purse any such action to limit or prevent me from using leveraged and inverse funds.
