A true free market society allows for the investors and risk takers to freely choose winners in the marketplace. More burdensome restrictions would simply skew the markets and disincentivize investors to risk capital in the marketplace knowing that the winners are being chosen by government and other higher institutions thus making the market anything but free. Please do not restrict the ability of investors to decide on their own how best to risk their capital by placing burdens on certain investments, including leveraged and inverse funds. Thank you.
