Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me as an investor. I use them to generate enhanced returns and to provide diversification for my overall portfolio. I understand not only their potential benefits but also the potential harm that using them could cause. I have no need for anyone to vet my ability to use such funds and consider attempts at such vetting as an infringement on my rights as an investor to make my own decisions. Let free markets remain free - do NOT pass this legislation.
