I am strongly against establishing a new "financial qualification" to restrict access to leveraged
ETF's. I have consistently traded these (including in retirement accounts) successfully without harm and with success.
Please note my objection to further qualifications/restrictions.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment management and growth and I fully understand the risks involved.
I further want to preserve public markets that allow investors to buy public securities without government restriction.
