Dear Sir/madam,
I do not agree with the proposed regulation. I am an experienced investor and have found leveraged funds to be extremely useful. Leveraged funds are far less risky than options. I do not understand why leveraged funds would be subject to more regulation than options since they are far more safe. I do not feel we need regulation for something that is not a problem. "Why fix something that's not broken."
