As A small investor, I dont have the ability or the knowledge to trade individually and short stocks when I feel it would make sense to protect my investment. With the ability to buy inversed or leveraged funds, or in this case Pro shares, I can now protect myself against a large loss at the same level that the larger investors have. Allowing the proposal to be adopted is basically forcing me to get away from any speculative purchases for fear of not being able to protect myself on the bottom.. It doesnt appear to be broken so please don't try to fix it.
