I have funds invested in leveraged funds through ProShares. These investments are not any different than any other stocks I have bought over the years. The SEC has NO RIGHT to interfere with my investment decisions by requiring onerous financial information. This is an invasion of my privacy. Just another step towards a totalitarian government. I most vehemently do not agree with this proposal. I understand perfectly well how leveraged funds operate, understand the risks and don't need your "help" by limiting my freedom to invest in these, or any other funds.
