As a small investor with limited knowledge of advanced trading options such as puts and calls and short selling, I am totally opposed to your attempting to regulate the buying and selling of leveraged and inverse funds. This is simply another way to let the rich become richer and to make it more difficult for those of lesser means to reach that status. These are probably the only funds that the average stock trader can use to come close to the returns that the professional stock traders typically garner from the normal up and down nature of the stock market. They have the ability to short stocks and buy options to do what these leveraged funds can help accomplish for the average stock trader. Therefore, I implore you to not but any additional restrictions on the purchase of leveraged funds. Thank you for your time.
