I use leveraged as I seek enhanced returns on my portfolio. I am capable of understanding the leveraged funds and their performance characteristics, and I do not want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially prevent me from buying them. This is a free market and I should be permitted to invest as I wish without additional government-imposed limitations.
