Isn't it enough that the /Government has taken so many of our constitutional rights away. Now we are on the verge of this once again. Man should have the wisdom to do what he wants to do with his hard earned funds as it pertains to investing as long as it is legal. I suspect given the information Pro Shares gives us as to the caution one must take as one ventures into leveraged funds is enough. It is not for everyone.
How about gambling casinos? Are gamblers and casual users next to be regulated?
