Leveraged and Inverse funds have help my portfolio performance greatly over the last couple of years. They are an easy way to gain better exposure in the market without invoking additional margin calls and option chains to accomplish similar gains. As a small investor I do not see the need to regulate this investment vehicle differently than any other stock or ETF. Regulations and laws are too easy to implement and nearly impossible to get rid of. Please consider thoroughly before applying restrictions of any kind just because you feel it is for my own good. The stock market involves risk and leveraged or inverse funds are no different. Thank you for considering my comments.
