I do not support your proposal to restrict purchases of leveraged and inverse funds. I use them to protect my portfolio, amd quite capable of evaluating and making my own decisions of what I want to buy and when, and I certainly do not appreciate governement action limiting my investment purchases.
Spend your time and efforts expanding investment opportunities rather than attempting to limit freely made investments. These investments are all part of what is making our economy great while countries who limit free choice and restrict investments are declining.
