I write in opposition of SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I am an individual investor. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. I can use them to protect my portfolio and reduce my overall portfolio volatility. I completely understand these type funds and do not want someone else deciding if I have the right to buy them. Freedom to buy public securities without undue, unnecessary government limitation is paramount.
