Dear SEC official, I am an individual investor who uses leveraged and inverse ETFs regularly as an integral part of my investment strategy. As with any investment I consider utilizing, I understand the risks that these products have, and I DO NOT want to see additional regulations put in place that would hamper my ability to trade these vehicles. I have already switched brokerages because of Vanguard's decision to not allow investors to make their own choices regarding these products. I want free markets and minimal regulations, and these additional proposed regulations are contrary to my wishes. Thank you for your attention and consideration.
