I am an experienced investor aware of the risks associated with leveraged funds and wish to retain access to ProShare offerings and other leveraged stocks.
For those with less investment knowledge and experience I suggest requiring brokers to screen their customers knowlege with a qualifying questionaire and signature of a waiver of liability.
