Hello SEC. I am against any changes or requirements to provide additional financial data in order to keep, and/or continue purchasing ETF's. I am a little investor and being a single female as well as never having an employer provide me with a 401K, pension or any other retirement benefits, I have had to do my own investing. I like the risks and rewards of ETF's to grow my portfolio so I can make up for lost time. I read and understand all risks associated with ETF's. There are plenty of warnings from advisers as well as each time one purchases and ETF with the disclosure messages. I take the time to read these and make my own decisions. I also have referred other people similar to my situation to consider ETF's and we like having access to them. I hope you will consider not putting any further requirements on ETF's. I thank you for your time and consideration in my views. Sincerely, Jane Ramsay.
