I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish with such burdensome financial qualifications but I think such a process is absolutely ludicrous The government has no business determining an appropriate investment vehicle for its citizens. What's next, having to gain governmental approval for regular stocks? Home and automobile purchases? An outfit to wear for New Year's eve? Please, refrain from such excessive regulation that it will choke investment in these funds and cause them to close as I personally have had success with them and would be very upset if they were no longer available. Thank you.
