Hi
As a small investor, I would like to maintain my right to buy or at least hold my Proshares leverage inverse ETF because:
1) It too late to sell them given the current state of the market (very expensive).
2) I would make realize substential losses such at 75% of my investments in leverage inverse ETF if I'm force to sell them right now at the worse moment: all time market record high
So that I won't buy more leverage inverse ETF but I have no choice to hold them until the next market crash to get my money back which can be this in year 2020.
