Please don't solve a nonexistant problem, where I lose the ability to make investments that mitigate or reduce risk for my entire portfolio. I want you to withdraw Rule #27-24-15. At most I want to have the continued ability and ease of access to such investments (ie. leverage or inverse funds) as I currently have.
