I understand leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics. They have enabled me to enhance my returns and I would be hurt financially if you made it difficult for me to own them. I have made 90% of investment decisions on my own for the past 25 years and have done very well. Please think about the negative consequences for people like me who are financially literate before youchoose to regulate them away from us. Respectfully submitted, here.
