I am writing to voice my strong opposition to SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I have been using leveraged ETFs for some time now and find them to be an integral and safe part of my portfolio. They are far less risky than investing in individual stocks, which exhibit far more volatility than the broad market indexed leveraged ETFs that I invest in. Most brokerage firms already do a great job at informing retail investors of the risks involved with leveraged etfs, and there is already an abundance of freely available information about these funds on the internet. There is no need for the proposed rule.
